These were a real favorite of mine. I thought the flavor was excellent, unique and just made it hard to stop at one!

I used Bleheim slab apricots from Trader Joe's and the flavor was very intense- just what was needed for these to sing.
Some things take me longer to get around to making as they require multiple steps that are somewhat separated in time. Often I decide to bake on a whim, so the planning makes these bump down the list. But I get to them eventually...
